How does your 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If you’re using SimpleGym on a paid plan (i.e. Business or Professional), and you’re not 100% satisfied with our software at the end of your first 30 days on the paid plan, we will give you 100% of your monthly fee back.
Note, if you’ve processed member payments through our software, we cannot refund the associated transaction fees, as these are handled by our payment processing partner.
