Software & Service Support
SimpleGym offers 24/7 ticket based support, and a regularly updated KnowledgeBase.
If you've got a question, first check our KnowledgeBase documentation, and if it isn't already answered in our KnowledgeBase, submit a ticket and our team will get you a detailed answer.
Steps:
Click the “Support” link at the top of the SimpleGym website.
Option 1: KnowledgeBase
Search the KnowledgeBase to see if there's already a detailed answer to your issue by typing your issue in the “How Can We Help You Today?” box.
- Option 2: New Support Ticket
If you don’t get the information you need from the KnowledgeBase, then open a support ticket
Click: “New Support Ticket”
Enter a Subject and Description
Attach a File (if applicable), for example a screenshot of your issue.
Click “Submit”
- Confirmation Email: You’ll receive a confirmation email that your ticket was opened, and later, an email with a detailed response from SimpleGym support.
OnBoarding Support
SimpleGym offers a free 15 minute onboarding for all gym owners who are interested in using SimpleGym. On your free 15 minute demo, we will answer your questions, and help configure your SimpleGym account.
Payments Support
For payments specific support, SimpleGym has partnered with WePay, a Chase Bank company, to handle SimpleGym’s payment processing. If it’s a payment or transaction related question, contact WePay directly.
